as I reflected on my year of MANY changes, I wanted to create a kit coming into the new year that embraced the idea of change and growth. I know a thing or two about change. it can be hard. it can sneak up on you when you aren't looking. it can take you by storm and leave you kicking and screaming the whole way. but...change is inevitable..it is the law of life...and it is necessary for growth.
