Hello!! Our lucky winner of the $25 gift card from

Congrats! Email me at sanfleo at cableone dot net and I will send you the information.Today let's talk about freezing time. Have you ever wondered how way-back-when people got by without having the ability to take photos?? I can't even imagine.
Photos are that one loophole to the inevitable passing of time. Let's take some photos today and share them with each other. I don't care WHAT it's a picture of...just click and post. You may use any photo hosting site, such as flicker or photobucket OR you can post a link to a gallery or your blog. Whatever works for you. And don't be concerned about quality...this isn't a contest. Just focus on capturing a moment in time that you want to keep. :)Here are a few that I was so grateful to capture a couple of years back. It's of my husband's grandma at her 92nd birthday party. She passed away about 4 weeks ago, so having these images of her are priceless.
So, what does the lucky winner get???How about a $15 gift certificate from *Shey* [B]?

I came across her stuff from my sister's blog and fell in love with her unique straps because of the bold patterns that she used and the soft, cozy fabric that she used on the inside of the strap to prevent it from rubbing your neck raw. Now she has added RUFFLES! How cute are these??!!
PLEASE NOTE that if you want your order by Christmas, you have until Dec. 12th to place your order. THE SOONER YOU GET IT IN, THE BETTER!!So here's how to win...
1. Post a link to your photo in the comments section before 10:30 MST on Dec. 8th
GOOD LUCK and see you tomorrow!
Leora

I would love to win!!!
This is one of my favorite photos taken of my son and I. It is just precious! I'm so glad I have it as we all know that old cliche is true, "Time Goes By Soooo Fast!" Here is the link http://astorytoremember.blogspot.com/2009/11/moments.html
Ohhhh! I love these straps!!! You are so right about capturing the images. This one wasn't taken by me, but I treasure it. It is of me & my Dad- he passed away a year ago and the photos, sometimes blurry and drungy, hold my favorite memories. Thanks for the opportunity! :)
Me again! Hope this doesn't disqualify me but I forgot the link! http://www.candylouu.com/bottom_line/2009/06/happy-fathers-day.html

I have 2 :)
This one will always have a special place in my heart. It was the first time that my husband was able to hold our son. He is almost 3 now and still to this day it brings a little tear to my eye to see him so small

Those photos of your DH's grandma are precious, Leora! I wish I'd have some photos of my grandpa like this.
I do project 365 this year and it really helps me to get some precious moments which I will remember this way forever. Here is one of them:
