Thank you!!

As much as the focus seems to be on the food during the Thanksgiving Holiday, I *have* been reflecting on some of the things/people/freedoms that I'm thankful for and while I was reflecting, I thought it appropriate to thank all of you for your continued business and inspiration! BUUTT, since we're on the topic of food, I should also say that I hope that those of you who celebrate Thanksgiving have a delicious day of turkey and all of the trimmings (and of course don't forget to thank the chef). I had to do the Thanksgiving feast ONE year many years ago and it made me appreciate the hard work that goes into all of the preparation. I think it made my husband appreciate it, too...err, at least appreciate his mom's cooking!! I CAN cook as long as it doesn't involve too much multi-tasking and, well, Thanksgiving Dinner is just one of those meals that requires serious organization, exceptional multi-tasking skills and a knack for improvising (where needed). And anyone who REALLY knows me, knows that these skills are not tools that are in m belt. I'd love to hear what your favorite Thanksgiving staple is...what is the one thing that ALWAYS ends up on the menu (besides the obvious)? ;) Me?! I eat whatever the chef cooks. I am not known to be picky.

Happy Turkey Day!! (and Thanksgiving, too)

Hi and Happy Thanksgiving to you, too! We have a delicacy here - mashed Rutabegas. These babies are not for the faint of heart; it takes a very stout knife to peel and cut them, and perhaps a stouter constitution to eat them! Rutabegas are only served (in my family) at Thanksgivig and Christmas.

Hi Leora,

I too am not a cook. My kind of cooking is mac and cheese, LOL. We are having dinner home this year. I do like cooking the turkey and I have my teenage daughter helping with all the other. We also do a cranberry jello salad. It is a traditional dish passed on from my mom and my daughter loves having it.

I am Puerto Rican so we don't have what we would consider a typical Thanks Giving Dinner. It mostly centers around Pork versus Turkey and instead of mashed potatoes Rice.Wanted to wish u a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING ! Just adore your work and just recently purchased ur Bokeh lites and luv them. Not sure yet how to use the Sunflares since they are not overlays / transparency... any tips I would appreciate !
