I'm here...minus an organ,

first off ***HAPPY EARTH DAY (four days ago)***

SO...it's been awhile. I ended up needing to have my gall bladder removed (April 1st I went into the ER and it was out on the 2nd). It's a good thing. It was causing me some serious pain and now it's GONE! but BOY does having surgery take a lot out of ya...I still get tired pretty easily. It's been a little over 3 weeks now and I'm almost back to normal...except the fact that I never know how food will sit with me since it's got one less organ to go through for the whole digestive process. I can't really eat greasy foods b/c it makes me feel nauseous...this is a *good* thing.
**okay..enough about my insides. :)**

I have to show what Scott got me for my BDAY...I was so excited. I sent him a little hint several weeks ago but I didn't really expect him to act on it...he got me this really pretty necklace that a fellow digi designer (Meredith Fenwick) made (she sells on ETSY).


It is sooooo pretty. We also went the Portneuf Valley Brewery and had some great homemade beer, yummy food and listened to a local band play some great jazz. It was the perfect night.
And remember this....(I was drooling over it a few posts back)

OH and I wanted to congratulate Ashley on playing some kick a** soccer this weekend!! They won the two out of three games they played...the team they played this morning that won, they BEAT yesterday, so I think it was just a fluke that we lost... ;) Really, though they did awesome and it's so exciting to see the progress that Ash (and her team) have made over the years playing together!! :) **wish I had some pictures to share**
