Bittersweet...this kit came out of the reality that every moment is bittersweet...a sweet moment that is sometimes gone before it can even be appreciated. It is only after reflecting on it or sometimes even through tragedy, that we are reminded of what we need to cherish. I can't tell you how hard that has hit me this last year with the passing of my dad. I wasn't ready. I didn't want to say goodbye. God took him, and I respect that..but dammit, I wasn't ready. Now I'm forced to look back at every memory I have of him as once was. It's completely and totally overwhelmingly bittersweet. But that's all we ever have...memories are all we can keep and that's why scrapbooking has become such an important thing for me. I hope that my kit will inspire you to tell the stories that you have.
