DSD Celebrations and winner

It's TIME for some celebrating. It's been nearly 5 years since I have been a digi scrapbooker. I've enjoyed EVERY minute of it. I thought it would be fun to do some reminiscing first...in honor of this day (and technically, DSD is on Saturday, but there's nothing wrong with starting the celebration early, right?!)

I wanna show you my VERY first digital scrapbooking layout. I made it for a digital contest at scrapbook.com. Check it out:

HAHA!!! SOOO much has changed. My first ever FAVORITE designer was the fabulous Shabby Princess! She was one of the first people to offer FREE digital scrapbooking kits, which was PERFECT for me because I didn't want to invest money into something that I didn't know if I was going to enjoy it or not. The first kit I EVER got from her was this one...
You can even still download it! Go to her site HERE to check out her adorable FREE kits. Eventually, I got good enough to be on her Creative Team! I was in heaven!!

Here it is 5 years later and it seems like time has flown by!! SO much has happened. I was one of the Creating Keepsakes Hall Of Fame winners the year that digital scrapbookers dominated the contest!! It was so exciting. :) I wish I could share one of my layouts, but the image is on a disc somewhere and the magazine is in a box.

Now I'm designing! I got my start at Designer Digitals but wanted something a little smaller with more freedom, so I asked Michelle Coleman if I could join her at Little Dreamer Designs and I've been there ever since! MY FIRST kit ever was, Apron Strings.
YIKES...I jhave come a LONG way since then!! LOL!

Okay, enough reminiscing. Thanks for being a sport.
