I went a Lia Sophia Jewelry party last night (think Mary Kay Cosmetics, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, etc.) I actually really enjoyed it...loved trying on gorgeous jewerly. Ya know, big Execs. were smart when they started these home parties...most women will buy what they try...and boy did I buy!! Here's what I bought:
SO excited to be getting that in the mail! And I'm even thinking of becoming a consultant (they call them advisors..I like that..I would be someone's personal jewelry advisor!) I am going to think about it a few more days and then decide. I say it's worth it..you pay $150 and get TONS of jewelry for your showcase (And to wear for advertising ;) ) I have enough sisters that love jewelry that they ALONE would keep me in biz. I love to wear jewelry but I can't afford to buy high-quality stuff and I refuse to buy CHEAP stuff that breaks after 3 wears. This CO. has a LIFETIME guarantee..if it breaks, they give you a new one! LOVE that!

oh man i get what you mean about the heat.

Is there anywhere that this heat hasn't reached? I'm in Boston and I can't remember the last time it was this hot this long. Tomorrow is going to be 100 and Wednesday is said to be 103. Ugh... lots of cool showers and not much else.
